Toby Gati – LUKOIL Independent Member of the Board of Directors. Member of the Strategy, Investment, Sustainability and Climate Adaptation Committee. She is the President of TTG Global LLC and Board Member of U.S.– Russia Business Council (USRBC). Previously Mrs. Gati worked for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as the Senior Advisor on matters of foreign policy and international relations. She received BA from Pennsylvania State University and two Masters degrees from Columbia University.
Occo Roelofsen – Power2X, Founding Partner. Previously, Mr. Roelofsen was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co, where he led their global Oil & Gas Practice, and acted as the Chairman of McKinsey's Energy Insights Group, McKinsey’s research and thinking on Energy scenarios and outlooks. He is a member of the Committee for Entrepreneurship and Financing at the Ministry of Economic Affairs & Climate Policy (the Netherlands). Mr. Roelofsen holds MBA from INSEAD and MSc in System Engineering and Management from Delft University of Technology.
Boris Shrayer – Investor and entrepreneur with over 22 years of experience in commodities and financial industry. Previously Mr. Shrayer worked for Morgan Stanley MD / Head of Commodities Client Marketing, Strategy and Research. Earlier, he worked for Goldman Sachs as a Fixed Income Research Analyst and Merryll Lynch as an Assistant VP Commodities Structuring. Boris holds BS in Mathematics from MIT.
Leonid Mukhamedov – Top-level executive and industry expert, previously held senior positions at Schneider Electric - Chief Strategy Officer, Executive VP for Europe, Member of ExecComm; VP for EMEA, IT Business Unit. Earlier, Mr. Mukhamedov worked for Pelco as VP for EMEA; APC, General Manager South East EMEA. Chalmers University of Technology (Sweden), Research Engineer. He holds MS from MIPT in Radio Physics.
