Angara beefed up its Board of Directors with an Independent Director Peter O’Brien. Peter currently serves on several public corporate boards: SIBUR, the world’s highest margin chemical producer among the majors, TMK, Regalwood Global Energy and non-profit boards. He was CFO at ROSNEFT, the world’s 8th largest oil company, for its IPO and five years subsequent through 2011. Prior to that Peter led Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking practice in Russia until 2006 with a focus on the oil & gas sector. Earlier in his career, Peter worked for the US Treasury Department. Peter received bachelor’s degree from Duke University; MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business; and completed Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
