As a Business Development Manager at Angara, you will play a crucial role in the growth of this scale-up and work together with driven colleagues in a low-carbon world. Together with the international team, you will make a difference through your knowledge of sales to oil refineries and petrochemical companies. Angara needs your energy and experience to sell the award-winning technology to industries to profitably reduce their CO2
emissions. In collaboration with the CEO, colleagues from R&D, and project management, you develop the strategic sales plan and ensure a successful execution. Through your perseverance and undeniable knowledge, you convince potential customers and build strong relationships in Europe. This means that you like to travel to visit customers and, until a Sales Director is hired, report to the CEO.
In short, you will get started enthusiastically with:
- developing the strategic sales plan;
- selling Angara solutions to customers in the refining and petrochemical industries;
- working closely with international colleagues to develop the best offer;
- building and/or expanding your European network.For this vacancy, you will bring the following:
You have been working in the world of oil refineries and petrochemical companies for many years, and you have a track record in sales in this market. You would like to use your knowledge and experience at Angara to realize the growth they aspire to. You bring valuable input that contributes to Angara's offer and vision. Thanks to your excellent language skills, you know how to convey this convincingly and professionally to (potential) customers. With your wanderlust attitude, you enjoy visiting customers in Europe, and with your customer focus, reliable character, and eye for results, you are quickly the indispensable link at Angara.
In addition, you have:
· a technical education at the university level;
· at least 7 years of work experience in sales to oil refineries and petrochemical companies;
· excellent communication and language skills in English. In addition, Dutch, French, or another European language is an advantage.Your work area
Work wherever you want, conquer Europe! Angara Global has an office in Amsterdam, in the WTC building. However, your colleagues work in different places in Europe, so it is not a must to be here physically. You are on your way to customers, meet with colleagues in Europe, and can work from home when you are in the Netherlands. Where you live in the Netherlands is therefore not important, as long as you are available to travel and meet customers and colleagues.As a driven Business Development Manager, you can count on:

· fixed salary of 70,000 euros per year;
· based on the achievements, target bonus of up to 30% on annual salary and a chance of growth in the fixed salary;
