General CO2
At the moment two methods of heat exchange equipment cleaning from fouling are widely used. These are mechanical and chemical methods. Both have substantial limitations which don’t allow to treat equipment effectively. Mechanical method is labour-consuming, demands much time for disassembling-assembling of heat exchange equipment and setting it up. Such method cannot be applied for nondemountable heat exchange apparatus. Chemical method supposes using acids, bases or organic solvents needed subsequent expensive disposal. This method is useless against nonreactive deposits (such as coke deposits) which constitute a significant fraction of fouling in the oil industry. Angara outperforms those methods successfully removing most of the fouling, does not require equipment disassembling and reaches the goals for less time.
AlfaPEROX technological platform can be used to remove all types of fouling deposits including typical inorganic, organic and composite organic-inorganic fouling materials. The distinctive feature of flagman AlfaPEROX technology is the ability to deal with chemically non-reactive fouling materials such as elemental carbon and carboids, which are very common in heavy-duty heat-exchange equipment in oil and petrochemical industries.
Shell-and-tube, welded plate, brazed and spiral heat exchangers can be treated by Angara's technology.
At the moment, the key chemical compositions most often used in practice, meet all the requirements of technical regulations to be used within EAEU. Certification of our chemicals in target foreign legislations is currently under way.

Cleaning of completely plugged tubes requires mechanical pretreatment (hydrojetting) directed to ensure the minimal penetrability of the cleaning solution through the plugged area. However, this kind of pretreatment is significantly less labour-intensive than the full-scale application of mechanical cleaning. The point is that you won't have plugged tubes anymore once you fully implement the cognitive cleaning approach for maintenance of your equipment.
Application of AlfaPEROX technological platform and cognitive cleaning approach allows to reduce the overall corrosion impact as it makes use of non-aggressive chemicals and prevents the formation of the environment associated with under-fouling corrosion.
